Please read this agreement carefully, as it contains important information regarding your legal rights and remedies.

NAXHOST Refund Policy

15-Days Money-Back Guarantee

  • Eligibility: Our 15-days money-back guarantee applies exclusively to Web Hosting services.
  • Condition: If you are dissatisfied with our Web Hosting services for any reason within the first 15 days of service, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Requirement: To initiate a refund, you must request service termination in writing via email or through support ticket. You must also provide a specific reason for your cancellation to help us understand your decision and improve our services.
  • Exclusions: The guarantee does not cover domain registration, renewals, transfers, SSL certificates, and any processing fees. These services are non-refundable.
  • Discretion: We reserve the right to determine the validity of your reason for cancellation and whether both parties have taken reasonable steps to address any issues leading to the cancellation request.
  • Refund Processing: After submitting a request for a refund, please note that it may take up to 7-10 days to process the refund.

Non-Refundable Services

  • Refunds are not available for Domain Names, Email Services, Google Workspace, SSL Certificates, Domain Transfer In fees, Domain Transfer Out fees, or any Other Products or Services provided by NAXHOST through other companies.
  • No refunds are provided for VPS, RDP or Dedicated Servers under any circumstances.
  • Accounts purchased under a promotion, with or without a promo code, are excluded from the 15 Days money back guarantee.
  • Setup fees are non-refundable.
  • Credit on your account cannot be refunded and must be used for purchases and renewals.
  • Any funds sent to NAXHOST which are in excess of the amount owed can only be reimbursed in credit and cannot be refunded.
  • Only first-time accounts are eligible for our money back guarantee.
    For example, if you’ve had an account with us before, canceled and signed up again, you will not be eligible for a refund or if you have opened a second account with us.
  • No refunds will be made if we terminate your hosting or other services due to violation of our Acceptable Use Policy or any other violation of our Terms and Conditions, except as may be provided therein. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Accounts Termination and Refunds

  • Prorated Refunds: If NAXHOST fails to provide the agreed-upon services, a prorated refund will be granted for the unused portion of the service.
  • Violation of Policies: No refunds will be issued if your service is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our policies.
  • Cancellation Request: Upon request for account cancellation, your account will be immediately suspended from our system and deleted within 15 days.
  • Multiple Accounts: If you have multiple accounts and one or more are in arrears, NAXHOST reserves the right to suspend all accounts until full payment is made. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

Payment and Renewal Notices

All services are prepaid, and reminders for renewals are sent via email from 15 to 1 day before the renewal date. Failure to renew your services on time may result in additional late fees.

Excessive Use of Resources

If your account is found to use an excessive amount of resources, leading to suspension or termination, no refunds will be provided.

Second-Time Use

Refunds are only provided once for any product. If you use our service for the second time, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Overage Charges and Service Upgrades

You will be notified if your account exceeds its resource allocations. Failure to upgrade or reduce usage may result in suspension. No refunds will be provided for suspensions due to overage charges.
